With even more crazy material combos on deck for this hallmark of Air Max design, the patent leather look as shown here is beginning to seem more and more standard by comparison. The all new black/golden sash Nike Air Max 90 gets the patent touches pretty minimally, sweeping up the mudguard and side swoosh and blocked in such a way that it doesn’t particularly pop.
